Application Process

The first step to apply for this conference is to fill the form above. Registration will be marked as “complete” and ready for committee assignments when all applications are submitted, and conference fees paid. Upon receiving payment to secure your spot, all delegates will be assigned country allotments via MUNbase.

School Delegations: Faculty advisor should submit ONE application on behalf of the school delegations; you may add as many individual students as needed in your application.

Individual Delegates: Students attending individually, without their school, should submit under their name/email.

Regular Deadline: March 1st, 2024 (Delegation fee, $400)

Late received applications may be assigned to overflow housing.

Spots are limited, and applications will be processed in the order which they are received. Applications for school delegations may edit the number of delegates after submission.

Application Fees

HNMUN Africa is an all inclusive conference package. Each conference fee includes the following:

Conference participation fee
3-night stay in top hotels near UNON conference center
All meals and hospitality at the conference center
All group transfers from the airport to hotels, and hotels to conference center
Social events and career/networking events at the UNON conference center
Harvard College Prep panel and Q&A with our organizers from Harvard
Conference materials such as badges, notebooks, handbook, and welcome bags
Personalized certificates for all participants and personalized awards for top-achieving students

To secure your spot in the conference and receive your country allotments, payment must be submitted by the appropriate deadline. You will receive a payment link after 1) creating an account on MUNbase 2) submitting your application for the conference and 3) receiving a confirmation email if your application is accepted by our team. The payment link will be included in the confirmation email.

Delegate Fee: $600 USD (including hotel, per student) & $350 USD (without hotel, per student)

Delegation Fee: $300 USD
(flat fee per school delegation, includes one faculty advisor)

Additional Faculty Advisor Fee: $250 USD (including hotel) & $100 (without hotel)
(applicable per faculty member to schools sending 2 or more faculty; 1 faculty member attends free as part of the delegation fee)
