Committee Preferences

If you are receiving this form, it is because your delegation has completed its registration and payment to participate at Harvard National Model United Nations Africa 2024. This form is for secondary students only. College students will be assigned via separate communication. This should only be completed once per school.

Please complete every part of this form in order to indicate your preferences for your committee and country allocations for the conference. Allocations are decided by the HNMUN Africa Secretariat on a rolling basis. Preferences for delegations that have completed their registration and payment earliest are given higher weight, but no preference can be guaranteed. All allocation decisions made by the HNMUN Africa secretariat are final.

Specialized Agencies Note

Specialized Committee allocations are determined by the Secretariat and the Committee Directors on a rolling basis by the importance of each respective character or country to the functioning of the committee. Delegations who indicate preference to participate in Specialized Agency committees will receive their character or country assignments for said committees at the same time that the entire delegation's allocations are released.
